Click Note on the Main menu or Setup form to open the Note form. This area is for general notes and action items to an agent that are not necessarily related to a single listing or contact. Use the Due When to and Done When to communicate when action should and has been taken. The records can be filtered by agent and Note Type. By default, only pending tasks are shown. Close
