The Relator Database lets a real estate company track contacts such as buyer, seller, owner,
prior owner and support people such as listing agent, buyer agent, contracotrs, attorney,
admin, title company, property management, printer, photographer, webmaster, etc. The
application stores info about the property and listing. You can set up as many tasks
as you like to finish a listing and track the listing through closing, title and after
the sale. Each task has a default person responsible who logs when the task was completed
by a checkmark. Many reports track complex commission calculations and the success of
meetings and marketing techniques used with each customer. You can also track sales and commissions.
