Partition a Backup Drive:

  1. Start
  2. Control Panel
  3. System & Security
  4. Administrative Tools
  5. Computer Management
  6. Disk Management
  7. Right-Click drive C:
  8. Shrink Volume
  9. 100000
  10. Shrink
  11. Right-Click new volume
  12. New Simple Volume
  13. Next, Next (Note drive letter of new drive), Next, Next, Finish
  14. Close back to Control Panel, System Security

Set Up Backup

  1. Backup and Restore
  2. Set up Backup
  3. Select drive letter you created above
  4. Choose what to back up (entire C: drive)
  5. Start backup
Default will back up at 7pm every Sunday
