This small business software has been designed for the landscaping, lawn maintenance, plumbing, pest control and irrigation business, but has also been modified for use with the apartment locator, software developer, tech support, online e-commerce and regional sales company. The Microsoft Access database contains customer contact information that can be searched by customer contact name, street, city, state, zip, phone, group or keyword. A searchable log timestamps each contact with the customer and provides a reminder for pending actions. The user is alerted during data entry if a phone number, name or address is duplicated. The reports include Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable, Profit and Loss and Income by Client or Employee. It contains an invoice module to invoice service by the hour or item or job. The searchable general ledger tracks your expenses by accounts that you set up and interfaces with the inventory module. Payroll calculates tax witholding. This custom Microsoft access application features secure login and audit trail. Network administration is easy because the software alerts the user that an update is available on the server. The program has been used in various forms by several companies in Dallas, Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland and Flower Mound, Texas.
